Suf Embroidery

Suf Embroidery practiced by the Sodha Rajput and Meghwar communities, is a form of emroidery where work begins on the reverse side of the cloth, counting warp and weft threads and then stitches are taken in between to create precise angular patterns. Traditionally all Suf embroidery begins with a triangle, also the source of its name.
