2. Are all your products handmade?

Excluding some edible products we ensure that all other products are handmade or handcrafted.

3. Where can I find more information about IndiaKala’s products?

4. Do you have a physical store that I can visit to?

You’ll have to wait a little for this one!

5. Which forms of payment are available?

Netbanking, Credit/ Debit cards, Cash On Delivery (for order value less than Rs. 5000) and Bank Transfers for International Orders

6. I want to visit a particular artisan, is it possible?

Yes! We would be glad to arrange the same, please get in touch with us at contact@indiakala.com for the same

7. When will you start delivering to International locations?

We have started delivering orders to International locations. The payment mode for such orders is via a Bank Transfer or by Paypal

8. Why is there a subtle difference between the products that I ordered and the ones that I received?

At India Kala our endeavour is to bring you high quality products right out of the artisan’s atelier. These products are not mass produced, they are handcrafted using age old techniques employed by the artisan. It is the very nature of the products to be different from one another and that is what makes them unique.

9. Why isn’t my tracking number showing?

In case you do not receive a tracking number, please get in touch with us at contact@indiakala.com with the exact details of the shipment and we’ll fix it!
