Shipping Policy


A. Delivery charges:

Delivery is FREE for all orders across India

B. Estimated delivery time:

As many of the products are made to order, delivery times vary accordingly. Delivery times are also influenced by product availability, geographic location of the maker of the product, your shipping destination and our delivery partner's time-to-deliver in your location. The estimated delivery time for each product is specified on the product page, but deliveries can be subject to delays due to external factors beyond our control including, but not limited to, adverse weather conditions, natural disasters and Acts of God, strikes, war and civil commotion. We use reputed delivery partners such as India Post and Delhivery and our delivery partners work from Monday to Saturday, from 9 am to 7 PM. Sundays and Public Holidays are excluded.

C. Hidden costs (sales tax, octroi, etc) on items sold on India Kala:

There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on India Kala. List prices are final and all-inclusive but may include COD charges and or shipping charges to International orders. The The price you see on the product page is exactly what you will pay for the product.

D. Delivery zone:

We deliver throughout India. However, there may be some locations in India that we are unable to deliver to, either because of legal restrictions or because of the non-availability of reliable delivery partners in such locations. For International locations, we deliver worldwide.

E. Cash on Delivery option:

Availability of Cash on Delivery depends on the ability of our delivery partner servicing your location to accept cash as payment at the time of delivery. If Cash on Delivery is available in your location, and if you avail of this option, we will charge you a flat Rs. 50/- money handling fee. Cash on Delivery option is not available for International orders.

F. Cancellations:

We will be able to accept order change or cancellation request any time before we ship your order. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is on its way.

G. Tracking shipments:

As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information.

1. If you decide to cancel/modify your order any time before the shipping, we would be glad to do it. Just send us an email with the Order ID mentioned or you can also call us at +91- 9689 898 539. Please note that once an order ships out of our warehouse, we will not be able to cancel it. For cancelled orders, your entire order amount will be refunded within 5 business days of us receiving the cancellation request. The order amount will be refunded to the payment mode / account that was originally used by you when placing the order. We shall confirm by email that we have processed your refund. However, it may take the respective banks up to 7-10 business days to process the refund and credit the amount to you; please get in touch with your bank directly in case of any delays after receiving our emailed confirmation.
